As we are in a recession it makes sense to restore you wooden floors instead of replacing them. To restore a wooden floor, it needs to be floor sanded and resealed in order to make it look new again. Restoring your wood flooring costs about £15 – £20 per sqm, where as installing is normally double once you have paid an installer and purchased the wood. Floor sanding is not really a DIY job, but if you are looking to restore your wooden floor yourself then why not buy your lacquers and floor sanding belts from our new flooring shop @ http://www.am-floorsanding.co.uk
