Case study: Parquet flooring Fitting
This is a beautiful job we did in Hertford. Its a 10mm prime grade oak block with a Wenge and two block boarded.
First we stick the body, when the glue has dried we cut out the boarder then fit the wenge and two block boarder. Give the floor a full sand and fill any gaps in the joints.
We finished the floor with one coat of white hard wax oil to keep the oak light then applied a second coat of clear hard wax oil to protect it.
